Yes. Communication is key. I will usually respond within 12 business hours, and can guarantee a response within 24 business hours.
The most important thing, as an artist, is to make sure I’m representing you & your brand exactly how you want! If that means adjusting my approach, I’m all for it!

By all means, if you want something created, even if it isn’t yourself, yes! The only important thing is a verbal, or written agreement from the party you’re purchasing for.

Per our service agreement, each client gets a written contract detailing deadlines, delivery dates, payment, and liability if there’s a lapse in communication.
Any delay in delivery will be addressed immediately, and treated of upmost urgency.

In a rough timeline, here’s how our time together will work.
General consultation - Finding out if Lynch Digital is the right fit, and discussing the ins-and-outs of your project.
Contract alignment - A written contract will be signed by both parties detailing deadlines, deliverables, price, etc.
With all necessary paperwork, the first draft will take place. Creating most/all deliverables and sending to you for feedback and revision.
Revision stage where everything needing to be altered is completed.
Delivery, along with final payment and invoice.
